Discover Kotor From a Radiant Gem with Sea Views

Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. If you need anything at all that could make your stay better please don't hesitate to ask, and I'll do my best to accommodate you :) What I love most about hosting is getting in touch with guests with whom both me and my family share the same passion - traveling and discovering great places and cultures. I look forward to welcoming you soon! The apartment is set very near the center and the Old town, just minutes away by foot from historic sites, landmarks, museums, and scenic hiking paths. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Public transportation 100m. Old town, by foot, in 5 minutes Third floor of the building, no elevator!

Mini Condos® 20DL - 2 minutes to waterfront

It is a very compact studio in a modern residence just a few minutes from Tivat Center, the Superyachts Marina and the Beaches. It has one double bed area on the loft, and a sofa bed. Modern shower-room and kitchenette. (Sorry the elevator will be in use in Feb 2023) If unavailable check our other Mini Condos listings (click on our profile image) For bookings of 7 nights or more, a weekly clean of the studio is included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and building.

Mosaic Penthouse Condo with Sea View

Mosaic Penthouse Condo is new apartment that we offer from May 2023. and we have used all our quite successful experience in its renovation.   Since we only had 5 star reviews and earned the Superhost status- we didn't have much to fix, we just improved our offer even more. Everything that was big - now is even bigger (145 square meters) and everything that was modern - is now even more modern and all in order to provide our guests with the perfect place to relax or work remotely.

Lux Apartment Luna

Apartment Luna is situated 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and from the beaches in completely new building,which has an underground garage and parking in front of it.The building also has an elevator.The apartment is equipped whit a completely new and luxurious furniture.The view from the balcony is amazing.On the left side you can see the interior of the bay and all Old Town and all fortress San Giovanni, on the right you have a view of the open sea.

Beautifully positioned in an elevated location above the bay, we are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A small supermarket, the waters edge, several bars and restaurants are just minutes away or just relax on one of the sun loungers on your private terrace or around the pool. Kotor and Perast are only 10 minutes away by car. Boka Heights is a well maintained complex. The residence is ideal for a family holiday or couples retreat.

Sea front studio is ideal as the comfortable place for sleep over and breakfast at own terms for up to 3 people. This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. This fully functionally studio just arrived on the market in June 2022 after full renovation. Proximity of the small grocery store, ferry, two bus stops and three pebble beaches makes it a great sleepover place.
