Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Es ist ein ruhiges Mehrfamilienhaus mit netten Nachbarn. 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung und können gern genutzt werden Kurze Wege in die Altstadt, die Neustadt mit gemütlichen Kneipen, nach Radebeul mit Wein und Kleinbahn, Schloss Moritzburg mit Seen, der Sächsischen Schweiz…

Apartment with a nice view from the 4th floor of a wilhelminian historic building just across a small park, 12 walking minutes from the Old City Centre, 500m from the trainstation and 300m from the Elbe River. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. Bergbauernhof mit Traumaussicht

wir leben im Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz auf einem 200 Jahre alten Bauernhof in Bielatal. Der Hof liegt auf 400 Meter Höhe, von hier hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Elbsandsteingebirge. Das Mittelteil des alten Kuhstalls mit samt Heuboden bauten wir liebevoll zur Ferienwohnung um. Sie ist ein Teil des großen restaurierten 4-Seiten Bauernhofes.
