Bouygues et orange passent. pas de voisins donc pas de soucis pour le bruit. musique... de belles balades à faire. champignons sur place. à 20 minutes de Limoges. 10 mn du lac.

Je vous propose un petit paradis à Magnac Laval, lieu-dit cressac , dans le limousin, un endroit très convivial , vous n allez pas regretter, pour un couple avec 1 enfant ou bien 3 personnes adultes,il y a une chambre et un salon , cuisine équipée, salle de bain, toilette, et une véranda qui donne sur un grand jardin, barbecue, pas très loin de l autoroute À 20 , à 500 m les pouyades, à 3 km les commerces ( Intermarché) boulangerie.(Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés avec un supplément )

An utterly rural, family and pet friendly destination. This is a great place with lots of room for fun. Themed bedrooms and open living space with stunning views over the valley down to the river. This is a semi-working Farm, with lovely livestock in the nearby fields. However there is a private and secure garden for the dogs to play in. Disabled access and free, private parking Le Dorat is a short 6minute drive away, where the supermarket, restaurants & wonderful bars can be found

Châteauponsac dit Perle de la Gartempe est un village fortifié, bâtit sur un éperon rocheux. La maison est une ancienne bergerie surélevée de 2 niveaux jouissant d'un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée de la Gartempe avec ses jardins en terrasse, son pont dit "romain", le quartier historique du Moustier et l'Eglise Saint Thyrse. Artistes, pêcheurs, randonneurs, passionnés d'histoire et de vieilles pierres nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre belle région du Limousin.

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 10 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.
