Splitska riva udaljena je svega 500 metara od apartmana. Izvrsno je mjesto za uživanje i opuštanje u barovima i restoranima. Također u blizini apartmana se nalaze autobusni i željeznički kolodvor.

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.
