A Victorian House located opposite a Wooded Area very close proximity to City Centre. 5 Bedroom. All Large Rooms and High Ceiling Victorian Villa. Hosts 16 guests including 2 sofa beds. It comes with a dining area & a kitchen fitted with an oven, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. Bed Linen, towels & toiletries are supplied. Free private parking is available on site. The accommodation comes with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area and/or terrace. There is a kitchen diner with an oven, microwave & a fridge/freezer. Bed Linen, Towels and Toiletries are supplied. There are only 8 Bedrooms if you take both this Villa AND the Villa facing it. In this way we are able to host 20 guests. Damage / Violation of House Rules Deposit - £500 We welcome guests coming for the Parklife Festival in Heaton Park.
