Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

Perfect for two couples or a family an immaculate contemporary cottage in the Peak National Park, a stones throw from Chatsworth. A perfect spot to get away, relax and explore the stunning countryside right from the door. The cottage features beautiful outdoor spaces, a large stone fireplace with woodburning stove, wooden shutters, exposed beams, a fully fitted hand made kitchen, walk in rain showers and romantic roll top bath. BBQ on one of the two terraces or just relax and take in the view.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

A light, airy, cosy cottage in the heart of Wirksworth. Close to pubs and restaurants, it’s perfect for relaxing or as a base when exploring the area. The wood burning stove makes the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing night in. Logs provided and if you wish to purchase more they can be delivered to the cottage. Overlooking the beautiful tree-lined Derwent valley, the South facing Swiss Cottage is uniquely situated to offer panoramic views of the entire gorge and the picture perfect village of Matlock Bath, complete with an array of pretty lights, below. It provides the seclusion of a mountain retreat and access to all the village has to offer by way of a range of eateries from vegan to seafood, excellent pubs and entertainment for children from the Heights of Abraham to rowing on the river.

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. The Old Currier Shop

Spacious and bright cottage, with open fire for the winter months. Well equipped and comfortable for a short stay or a longer break. Off street parking on shared driveway. On a quiet side street but close to nearby independent shops, pubs, cinema and restaurants of Wirksworth. It is a great place to stay if you want a walking or cycling holiday or if you prefer a more leisurely break, taking in the stunning views of the Peak District.
