The Barn at Ivy House Farm, Warslow is a warm, contemporary, family-run, self-catering holiday cottage. The perfect base for a relaxing break or an activity-based holiday in the Peak District National Park. Lovely beamed, open-plan area (sitting, dining and kitchen) with log burner. Two double bedrooms (king beds) with en-suites (shower/sink/toilet); one twin room and a family bathroom. Gravelled drive with space to sit outside (outdoor furniture April to October only). Parking for 3 cars max.

Netherhust Farm is in a very rural location, about a mile from the village of Hathersage where you can find several excellent restaurants and pubs

The Old Cattle Barn, Peak District - Valley View

A beautifully renovated stone barn, set in the grounds of a Grade 2* listed farm dating back to 1640. Meticulously transformed from the original cattle stalls into a modern, perfectly rustic two-bed, two-bath cottage in 2023, it retains the history and character of the original building. From this idyllic rural location on the Peak District National Park boundary, there are breathtaking valley views across Bradbourne Brook, and yet the barn is only a 10-minute drive into Ashbourne.

The Stables Barn with Hot tub & stunning views

Shawbroom Farm Barns are a pair of semi-detached quality barn conversions located next to the owners’ home on their working smallholding, at the end of a quiet lane in the small North Shropshire village of Soudley. Together the barns sleep four, both have private decked terraces and hot tubs. Close to the village of Cheswardine, a short drive takes you to Newport or Market Drayton. Part of the ‘Cliffe Park Farm Stays’ and situated on a working farm which has 3/4 of a mile of frontage to Rudyard Lake as well as having the Staffordshire Way footpath running through the farm, makes this a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside.
