Our beautiful Lodge is a tranquil retreat situated on a working farm in the Yorkshire Moors and JUST an 8 minute off road walk to the local pub, serving delicious home cooked meals. Our decking area overlooks the Coiners Route (Gallows Pole). Whether you want to relax and enjoy nature, walk, or cycle the moors, or take the Cragg Road challenge, it's all on your doorstep. secure bike storage and bike wash available. Unique, spacious, contemporary barn with unsurpassed views of Saddleworth and beyond. The barn is 1100ft up on the edge of Peak National Park with complete privacy, far enough away from it all yet within walking distance to two excellent local pubs! What's not to like? Old Piggery beautiful views. Dog friendly garden.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!
