Andre offers wonderful accommodations and support. The bed is so comfortable, and the condo is quiet. He creates an environment where you will best rest possible. And the unit has all of the amenities you’d want. WiFi is easy to hook up with, and the entertainment options are terrific. It’s so much better than a hotel. The neighbors are really nice people too. Andre also cares deeply about his guests. I suffered a personal tragedy during my stay. Andre drove 2 hours to stop by and make sure I was ok, and brought me food. He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are taken care of. He is a purpose driven man, and has my highest endorsement.

The place was very nice and clean. Kristina was a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Great place to stay in a residential area of Detroit. Close to Hamtramck and quick drive to Little Caesars Arena, Motown Museum, and many bars and restaurants. Frances is a great host—very accommodating and helpful with tips for restaurants, bars, and things to do. Would happily stay here again on another Detroit trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The condo was near our family in Livonia and was perfect, had enough room for two teenagers, everyone had their privacy, full kitchen and other amenities which made our stay convenient, great location, new appliances, etc., would stay at Northville Township Condo the next time we are in Michigan. I will definitely be booking again. The unit was so beautifully decorated and clean. So many different places to go in the immediate area. Taz was very responsive with any questions I had. Everything I needed was already there. It was a very peaceful and pleasant stay.!

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.
