Come stay in my brick home conveniently located 5 minutes from Interstate 77 in a quiet, mature Davidson neighborhood, 20 miles from downtown Charlotte. Two bedrooms with double beds, and an air mattress that can be set up in the office. One bathroom. The office provides space for tele-work and there is WiFi and a printer. You will have use of the kitchen and laundry. There is a park 2 blocks away, and you’re walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Davidson College.

Welcome to Downtown Davidson. This 3 bedroom 1 bath home is close to everything. 10 min walk to Main St and all of what Downtown Davidson has to offer.
