It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).

Oria piccolo borgo antico dove visse Antonio Fogazzaro é totalmente pedonale e si affaccia direttamente sul lago. L'appartamento con vista sul lago offre l'occasione per delle vacanze indimenticabili. Attrezzato in modo completo con tre posti letto e tutto ciò che si possa desiderare in vacanza. Lugano dista dieci minuti di auto. Delle biciclette ed un Kayak sono a disposizione degli ospiti.
