The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. 'The Bobbin' boasts the most incredible views of the Malvern Hills, from Midsummer Hill in the south, right along their length to North Hill. It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

Our nearest pub is The Tally Ho, which has just been awarded Shropshire pub of the year and it's just 1 mile away, serving great beer and probably the finest food in the area.

Finished with beautiful soft furnishings & all the mod cons 'The Hut' is surprisingly spacious & boasts a double bed, ensuite shower room, wood burner & fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Your stay is also complete with a Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
