Sun Blazer is a boho log cabin with glowing sunset views, a private outdoor bathtub, and every home comfort—set in peaceful, natural surroundings. Newly refurbished and beautifully styled, it features 2 King (or twin) bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 with rustic charm and soulful touches. The open-plan lounge and kitchen open to a private deck, and it's fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. A cosy, stylish retreat for couples, friends or family.

Bramble Cottage, cosy cottage with indoor pool

A lovely cottage, converted from the 19th Century old dairy on a farm. We have an indoor heated swimming pool, fishing, gardens, fields and woods. Free coarse fishing on a stocked lake. Open all year. Ideal for holidays and short breaks. Bramble Cottage is on 1 level and has 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 5, 1 bathroom with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It is heated and has a wood burner. It has a private garden, seating and a barbeque. We allow up to 2 pets by arrangement.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Fabulous 20 meter outdoor pool available from April to October. Fast WiFi, EV charger available, dog friendly enclosed front and back garden with BBQ and outdoor dining. Enjoy 22 acres of private farmland with woodland, river, meadows and amazing wildlife. Or explore the footpath along the River Mole to Exmoor National Park.

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Byre is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
