Newly renovated for 2021 Beautifully situated just above Lake Semerwater in Raydale , the quietest valley in Upper Wensleydale. Perfect for walkers with miles of footpaths from the front door. Anglers also will find fishing on the lake which is perfect for paddle boarding too. In its own grounds away from the lane, entirely private and south facing with the old mill stream running alongside, the house has amazing views and is a haven for bird life which gathers on the lake shore just in front.

A self contained annexe to the main house with its own entrance and use of the garden in front of the property which has a small table and two chairs. The annexe has its own front door and a small porch area to leave mucky boots etc. The entrance hall leads to the bathroom with large shower, toilet and basin, a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, a table and chairs and a cooker, microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.
