Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

We have stayed at Tracey's place several times before and it's become our first choice for somewhere to stay in Wells. The apartment is in a lovely location looking out over the market place, with all the amenities of the town on the doorstep. The main living space is lovely - light and spacious with lots of windows and the apartment is always immaculately clean. Tracey is a great host, always responding quickly to messages and giving helpful replies.

Amazing apartment very close to the centre of Lyme Regis. Very clean and comfortable beds and linen. Nice big bathroom. Great communication. Highly recommended :)

The apartment is a characterful and beautiful, well equipped, spacious space which felt relaxing and interesting at the same time. It fulfilled our desire to stay in somewhere that wasn't an ordinary, bland, featureless room. It was filled with curiosities and museum pieces whilst also being comfortable and quite lovely. Beautiful location set within large private gardens with stunning views. It's about quarter of a mile up a hill but this wasn't an issue for us. Very dog friendly with a large garden and access to Stoberry Park. Great location to visit Cheddar, Glastonbury and Wookey Hole. Hosts were friendly and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would recommend.

James is a lovely host, excellent and clear communication. The flat is perfect base to explore the local area. We had a lovely holiday!

Tracy & Richard's place is very convenient and stocked with all the essentials needed for a weekend getaway or even a longer vacation. It's in a great location with a couple of minutes away from the local pub and a 30 mins walk from Lyme Regis.

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

My mum and I had the most glorious weekend in Lyme Regis - and Guy’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay! Guy was totally charming, warm and welcoming - making us feel right at home (plus an array of breakfast things laid out for us and everything). The view overlooking the sea, at the end of the garden - where we sat with a bottle of fizz - is also better than any pub or bar you can find. We will be returning!

Our stay at Crannaford Cottage was wonderful. Tina has gone to great efforts to make the Cottage feel like home! Attention to detail at every turn to make you feel very comfortable. If you are making a meal there is a Morrison's just a short drive away, and there is everything you need to prepare a meal. There are clear directions for everything including the recycling. A very pleasant place to stay!

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Truly stunning apartment and perfect for my stay - loved the style and space much. Oh and a jacuzzi bath tub was a lovely surprize. Only thing I'd say is there's no number on the door so we had to kind of guess which door it was - I may have missed some instructions though

Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht und die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Besonders wichtig waren für uns die Waschmaschine und der Trockner und die Möglichkeit selber kochen zu können. Das kleine Willkommenspaket mit Milch, Müsli und Keksen hat uns sehr gefreut.

Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. I went for the Easter long weekend with my mum and friend. Anna is super lovely and made the whole stay great. It was self check in but she was available over message and very responsive. The flat is super clean, comfortable and spacious. We had treatments at Annas salon (massages and facials) and we all agreed they were the best we ever had. Couldn't recommend enough!

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

This was a perfect spot for a beach holiday with extended family. The house is so close to the beach, brilliant for morning and evening walks with the dog, and not too far to walk to the lifeguarded area for swimming. Close to great fish and chips too! The house was exactly what we needed, with plenty of space for cooking, eating together and watching the Olympics on the sofa when the afternoon sun got too hot to be outdoors. The decking area (with excellent sunshades) and hot tub were a bonus. While in Exmouth we tried the barge yoga organised by Exewake - would highly recommend it.

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

We absolutely can not wait to come back! The place was beautiful, the biggest bed I’ve ever seen…Hot tub is perfect. Great games room. Accommodation was not only pristinely clean but absolutely beautiful as well.
