The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . And if you’re lucky you might see the red squirrel’s .

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Literally a stone’s throw from the famous waterfalls of Gayle Beck and a few minutes walk from Hawes’ historic Market Square with its numerous shops, cafes and pubs, ‘The Shop on the Bridge’ is an ideal bolthole for a mini break away from it all.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Cosy, ground floor one room apartment. The Snug has twin beds (or superking size on request) a kitchenette and en suite shower. Ideal for walkers, The Dales Way and Buckden Pike nearby alongside other circular hikes from the doorstep. Eating out, The Buck Inn is opposite and The George Inn, Hubberholme is a lovely 20 minute amble along The River Wharfe. Buckden is a delightful place to visit, described by many guests as a hidden gem. Come and see for yourselves.

Seaves Mill has been converted into this beautiful living space by avid gardeners and architectural antique dealers Phil and Jo. The space has been designed with quality and decorative design in mind. It is set within beautifully landscaped gardens along side the picturesque Mill stream.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
