The cabin is located a short distance from Cowes within easy access to all the amazing highlights of Phillip Island. Guests will have access to all the resort facilities including two swimming pools plus an outdoor children's wading pool, two health centres with a gym in each, two outdoor spas and an indoor spa, an indoor lap pool, sauna, three tennis courts, a playground, some basketball hoop, an indoor games room, multiple BBQ facilities and 7kms of walking tracks surrounding the resort.

Welcome to Longboarders. “Deck” is a luxury loft-style cabin, perfect for romantic escapes or small families seeking a coastal unplug (1 queen bed, 1 sofa-bed on mezzanine). Part of Micro-Resort, the bright living area offers sunset views across the neighbouring paddocks & opens onto a private deck, ideal for a morning brew or sunset BBQ. After exploring the island, relax in the bath as sheep, cows graze outside. End the day toasting marshmallows under the stars at your own private fire-pit.

Couples Spa Retreat

This unique place has a style all its own, choose between resort fun, or languish in the privacy and comfort of this unique resort villa, housing it's own private spa room, overlooking native garden and rural farmland. Fully self contained with full kitchen, with the most amazingly comfortable queen bed, a decent sized hydro spa, and seperate bathroom with led 'disco' shower. The back deck is furnished with a bar and also relaxed seating where you can chill out and just count the cows.

In the sought-after Ramada Resort, right in the centre of Phillip Island, set on 65 acres of beautiful native gardens and natural bushland, the resort offers four Pools, three Spas, a Sauna, Gyms, Tennis Courts, BBQs, a Restaurant/Bar, Games room, and more. Set in 1.5 acres of private landscaped grounds & featuring a loft-style balcony with sunset views across picturesque farmland. Relax in the bath & watch farm animals graze just outside your window. Toast marshmallows around your own private fire-pit & enjoy a BBQ under the stars on the rear deck.

This cosy cottage has a calm, welcoming feel with a simple boutique‑coastal touch. Sit in the private secret garden behind the cottage and enjoy a drink and cheese platter under the stars. There's also a second private outdoor area with a firepit - perfect for relaxed evenings stargazing or listening to the waves. Under a kilometre to The Colonnades surf beach, the Wooli Tavern, Cottesloe Café and Float Açaí Bowl, the cottage is well‑located and easy to settle into.

Nostalgic rustic beach side cottage

We hope you enjoy your stay here in our rustic little cottage by Balnarring Beach, we provide stand-up paddle boards and bikes and offer other activities like winery tours and tandem paragliding, parking is out the front with a manual sliding gate we have a 8 kW air-conditioner which heats and cools in Minutes… you can play some pinball listen to some Vinyl and only two minutes to popular restaurants and supermarket in town and a five minute walk to the beach.

Gum-tree Cottage

Just a stones throw from Phillip Island and all its attractions, but set in a quiet and secluded location nestled at the foot of the Bass Hills. A well equipped detached and self-contained cottage that provides comfortable accomodation for four. Located at the rear of and close to the owners property it has views over adjacent farm land and is right next to the Bass Coast Rail Trail.
