You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Bitte komplett lesen und alle Hinweise verinnerlichen. Bitte bei fehlender Akzeptanz NICHT buchen. (Ich will kein Punktabzug deswegen :P) Die Wohnung hat im Wohnbereich und im Bad ein Farbwechsel Lichtsystem. Auch im Schlafzimmer und auf dem Balkon sind verschiedene Lichtmöglichkeiten. Natürlich kann auch alles im Normallicht gehalten werden. Des Weiteren gibt es eine große Walk In Regenfalldusche mit Sitzfläche. (der Eingang ist allerdings nicht für sehr beleibte Menschen geeignet (40cm))

Schöne 1 ZKB, 34 qm, Wohnraum, Küche, Balkon, Bad. Bett 1,80m Breite, Couch, die auch mal für ein Kind geht (keine Bettcouch). Ideal für 1 oder 2 Personen (plus ggf. 1 Kind). Stauraum ist genug da, um auch 4 Wochen zu bleiben, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, geräumige Dusche, Waschtrockner. Lage: Gastro: 1 Min, Beginn Terrassenufer 1,1 km, Elbe 100 m, Straßenbahn 100 m, Supermarkt 100 m. Das Apartment befindet sich im obersten Geschoss, einen Fahrstuhl haben wir leider noch nicht.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, wie Zug und Bus sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen und bringen Sie direkt in das alte, barocke Stadtzentrum von Dresden mit seinen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, aber auch in die Sächsische Schweiz, nach Moritzburg oder zu einem der vielen anderen Highlights in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Gästewohnung befindet sich im komplett neu ausgebauten Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Sie umfaßt Wohnbereich mit Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad. Der nächste Supermarkt ist weniger als 1 km entfernt und der Bäcker nur 2 Gehminuten. Bei Bedarf ist Brötchenservice samstags möglich. Riesa befindet sich etwa mittig zwischen den Städten Leipzig und Dresden unmittelbar an der schönen Elbe. Der Elbradweg ist ca. 3 km entfernt.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here.

It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. 1 min walk to the University Hospital of Dresden. 15 min with the tram Nr. 6 to city centre Neustadt. 6 min with the bus Nr. 305 to the river Elbe. Restaurants and bakeries are around the corner. Bright rooms, living-room with comfortable bed couch, Internet WiFi and TV.
