The Country Cottage

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Enjoy a stay in a charming historic Mill-House nestled in up and coming downtown Kannapolis. This cozy, vintage home has an intimate industrial feel. The artistic and local nuances will keep you entertained and intrigued. We have interesting pieces from the old mill and also fun pieces from all over North Carolina. You will feel at home, at Millie the Mill House. (This listing is not suitable for infants and small children.) 25 mins from Mooresville and 30 mins from Concord Motor Speedway.

Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. Charming Union Street Historic District Studio

***Before booking please note, through June 2025 the main house will have a kitchen remodel and there will be loud noises M-Sa from about 830-4. Only book if you will be here to sleep or will not be bothered by potential noise. *** Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and queen bed.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light when opened. The patio has seating for two for evening relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.
