We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Enjoy stunning views & nature all around! The property features a hammock, firepit, & games for relaxing & fun. Walk to the Canyon Lake Dam walkway & explore nearby Overlook Park (opening 10/1/25). You're just minutes from the lake, the famous Guadalupe River tubing, River Road, Whitewater Amphitheater, restaurants, bars, & a grocery store. Also close to Gruene, New Braunfels (Comal River), Wimberley, & San Marcos. A perfect base for day trips to Austin, San Antonio, & Fredericksburg. NO PETS

Reconnect w/ great outdoors: fire pit, loungers, hammock chairs under a canopy of trees. Sleeps 5 ($25/night surcharge for 5th guest).

Cottagecore Apartment - Hot Tub - Quiet, Country

Cozy, 450 sf attached apartment outside New Braunfels - 4 mi. from Comal and historic district, 5 mi. from Guadalupe and Gruene, 11 mi. from Canyon Lake. Explore by day, then escape to a greenscaped acre home. Relax in the hot tub or sip wine by the firepit. Kitchenette has toaster oven, microwave, and electric skillet (no stove). Apartment is small, bathroom is REALLY small (shower only), but we have everything you need to be comfortable.

You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
