This first floor flat has its own entrance and is in a quiet area. Conway is 8 miles away Nd Llandudno is 5. The flat sleeps 4 adults, has one and a half bathrooms and we have a carry cot on request.There are toys too including Scrabble. NB 15 STAIRS TO CLIMB! My place is a beautiful ground floor apartment with sea views. The apartment comes with two off road car parking spaces and is located just a few minutes drive from the award winning Colwyn Bay sea front. Close to the A55, it has two bedrooms, the master having an ensuite. Both bedrooms are doubles. There is a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. Check in has now been upgraded and no check out tasks.

There is plenty of parking outside the property. Accommodation comprises of large lounge, kitchen, downstairs WC with shower and two upstairs bedrooms, one with king size bed, other with double and single bunk, top single bunk is for children only. Cottage is for family use only, sorry pets are not permitted.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. A small self contained cottage in the back garden of our family home. Ideal for families, couples or solo travellers. Double bed in the main living space + separate bunk room.
