The Garden House provides a quiet, convenient location for a visit to Starkville & Mississippi State University. And, is NON-SMOKING!

Relax in clean comfort on Aberdeen Lake and the Tenn-Tom Waterway. Whether fishing in warm months or just watching the geese and ducks in the winter, it is quiet and cozy. It has a large screened porch, electric fireplace, pier, shady fenced yard, rockers, a swing, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills. The kitchen is well equipped and the home is handicap accessible with a porch lift, grab bars and ramps. Columbus (16 mi), Tupelo (38 mi), MSU/Starkville(45 mi) & River Birch Golf Course (10mi)

Peaceful Haven - quiet country spot

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.

Sage is a small shotgun style home offering all the comforts and amenities of a large home. Conveniently located close to the bypass with a short 25 min drive to Starkville or 15 minute drive to the airbase. Sage is close to our downtown area, river walk and one block over sits Mississippi University for Women. This little house is packed full of comfort and character for a short stay in The Friendly City

Bulldog Bungalow

Come enjoy this completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! Minutes from campus and a short walk to downtown this house is in an ideal location to experience Starkville and MSU. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and the couch has a queen fold out bed. Also, a pack and play is available for a little one. Parking is limited to 2 cars MAX at any time
