La Casa si trova nel centro storico di Colonnella, a pochi km dalle spiagge bandiere blu di Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto , Giulianova, San Benedetto del Tronto e a 26 Km da Ascoli Piceno. Completamente ristrutturata con spettacolare vista panoramica e grande terrazza affacciata sul Mar Adriatico. L'appartamento è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale, un bagno ed un soggiorno con angolo cucina e divano letto matrimoniale. A pochi passi sono presenti bar, vinerie, ristoranti e supermercati.
