Large living room with double sofà-bed and kitchen at ground floor. Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower. One bedroom at first floor with 1 double bed and three single beds. The apartment is just near the public square but in heavenly side, the parking slot is about 150m far from the apartment. Apartment near Como Lake (4 km). Possibility of biking, hiking and golf 2 km away. The centre of the town, is made of beautiful medieval buildings constructed with stones. Sports available nearby: Golf, MTB, Trekking, Horse riding, Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Kayaking, Swimming. At 200m away there are: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurant and a popular farm many appreciated by tourists and local's people for delicious dishes. Menaggio is about 4 km from Cardano in Grandola ed Uniti, Porlezza is about 9 km from here. Heating: as a consumption. In cold periods when it is necessary to heat the apartment the heating is on consumption (max 36 € per night, will be charged at the end of the stay).
