The WCI, once a stop on the Underground Railroad, is located near Hamilton College, Colgate, Cooperstown, Utica U, Turning Stone, downtown Utica (Nexus, ADK Bank Center, Wynn Hospital) & the Adirondacks Liberty Lodge, Temperate Retreat & Whiskey Lounge are additional rooms that can be booked

The Barn on Evergreen Farm

Beautifully decorated, newly renovated second floor loft apartment above a spacious barn offers an ideal get away for those inclined towards a true farm experience without the need to sacrifice modern amenities or travel great distances. Located in historic Clinton, 3 miles from Hamilton College, and 21 miles from Colgate University. Due to COVID-19 we are leaving 2-3 days between stays for cleaning. There is a 2 night min. for groups of 3 or 4, and limits on guests from multiple households.

The Main Street Market- I-90 (Utica/ Rome)

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.

This listing is on the second floor so there are about 15 stairs to climb.The Price is set per person. It is located a half mile from Dibbles Inn and 4.7 miles from Turning Stone Casino. This is a full apartment for guests to stay a day or a week. It has a full bath, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Coffee machine with coffee caddy. There is are two bedrooms with a queen and a full size bed. Both couches recline (4).

This is a one bedroom detached apartment. Entry through the garage. The apartment has it's own garage parking and a 3 season screened porch. There is a full kitchen, private bathroom with a tub, one queen bed and one futon in the living area. Large cedar closet. We are located less than one mile from Hamilton college.
