Words can’t express how happy I was with this rental! The space was beautiful and immaculate, and the amenities were amazing. The host responded promptly, no matter what time it was and did frequent check ins. It was close to downtown without traffic and the Nashville traffic was the only con about my trip. It had to have been my favorite rental thus far. Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. We were able to walk to downtown. The host communicated at checking, in the middle of the stay and at check out. Just enough to be helpful. We met up from different locations and enjoyed the space very much. Parking was easy for 2 vehicles. We didn’t cook, but enjoyed the coffee maker and the ability to make healthy breakfasts.

Antonio was a great host. Their place was close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was so cute and super clean. 10min drive or Uber to Broadway very affordable navigating without driving! The Host Jonathan made the check in/check out process so easy and responded to questions we had within an hour. It was honestly so easy ! Would definitely rent from him for future Nashville stays 🩷

My wife and I unfortunately were in town for a a funeral for a close friend. Portia conveyed her condolences which was appreciated. Welcomed us when checked in. Portia’s place was so nice, clean and private. Comfy bed, plenty of extra pillows and towels. 5 out 5 for us! Would definitely stay here again! Thx Portia!!

Wow- what can I even say at this point? All of the reviews are on point. Cozy, absolutely super comfortable space- looks exactly like the photos. Hosts very communicative and responsive to questions! Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Clarksville! 🫶 ❤️

Enjoyed our time at the apartment. A fire alarm battery was dead and someone responded within 10mins to replace. Highly recommend for a group of couples visiting Nashville.

The condo was quiet and clean. The decor was vibrant and fun! It had ample parking available. The rooftop deck was spacious and a beautiful view of the city skyline. The location was an easy drive to the downtown attractions.

Ava was a great host! She gave clear instructions on how to find the place and was very responsive when I reached out to her.

The place was just what we needed for our stay in Clarksville! Can’t beat the price!

Well I had an issue with the wifi and Julian came to the property and solved my problem. I had no other problems and I was happy with the unit.

Location location location everything was perfect the pull out couch was the only thing I dislike because it was wore in but other then that the stay was perfect and I will be returning…..Go ahead and book you will not be disappointed trust me 10/10

Julian was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were ok. The place was extremely clean I definitely would stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and our dog. This place was clean, rooms were stocked with essentials, and location felt very safe and secure. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Uber rides are relatively cheap and quick. Would stay again!

Julian’s place was perfect for us. The location was great and easy to get to. It was less than 10 minutes from my daughter’s house. It was clean and inviting. There were plenty of dishes and many coffee cups…so many coffee cups. We had to move some of the coffee cups to another shelf so we had somewhere to store the food we brought with us. There is a spice rack but it didn’t include salt or pepper. These are not deal breakers because the place is really tidy and convenient. It’s a very quiet area of town. Not sure if it is busier at different times of the enters though. We stayed in early March.

This is a great place to stay if you are wanting something central to many things to do, something neat and tidy, and something quiet.

Great place! Gate provided security. No problems with parking, and it was free! Location is not really a walkable area but just a quick drive to downtown Broadway and other locations. Pool is small. Coffee was available in the unit ❤️ and while it only has one bathroom the sink in the second bedroom helped! It meet the needs for four adults very comfortably. Would definitely recommend for your stay.

Our stay was exactly as described. Beautiful room, clean, and comfortable. Amy checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were taken care of and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will stay here again!

This place was just what we expected, and was comfortable. Easy to get in, host was flexible with arrival time, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved our stay, and loved coming back at the end of each day to a cozy hangout and bed.

We had a great time and no issues with our stay. Close to Broadway to uber. Nice brewery right around the corner with great beers and staff. The speakeasy in the basement is a fun one to check out also.

You get exactly what you see in the photos, and we loved our stay! Getting into the building was easy, we had no issues with parking, and the building had such a beautiful old historical look to it. The instructions for check in/check out were timely and very thorough. We didn't get to use it because it was too chilly out, but the pool was open and looked super clean. The coffee pods provided were delicious, and having creamer and sugar included as well was wonderful. It was a clean and comfortable place to come relax for our girls trip to Nashville (there were 4 of us). While it is super close to downtown (about a 9 minute drive to parking in the heart of Broadway), I would recommend having a vehicle. When I would GPS places on the strip, it would be anywhere between 35-50 minutes walking, and that required you to walk through some sketchy sections of Nashville. I am not a picky bed person, but to me they mattress and pillows were all comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved it here! Came from Upper Michigan for my sisters 30th birthday party! Easy to find and was very clean! The only negative thing I would say is there was 4 of us and not enough blankets. Not a big deal but if you have people staying with you that are sleeping on the pull out couch I’d bring your own blankets. I asked a couple questions to the host and they responded quickly everyone! I would definitely recommend :)
