Tucked away in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is our newly renovated annex. It is situated in an acre of land including a lake that is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. An excellent pub/restaurant, The Dinorben Arms, offers real ales and great food, just a 15 minute walk away. Convenient location for local walks on the hills, along the river or Offas Dyke path. Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

Located five minutes from A55 and adjacent to Halkyn Mountain, an ideal touring base for exploring our local area and beyond, great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, the beaches and castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia or Chester/Liverpool. It is very small, but fully equipped with modern facilities with character features.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.

Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.

A cosy converted semi-detached beamed cottage set within a farmhouse courtyard. The house is surrounded by glorious views of North Wales in a peaceful setting with bulls and cows in our paddocks. Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room. Cottage is fully equipped with travel cot/high chair if required. A perfect base to explore North Wales & Chester.

There is a wealth of cycle routes and walking paths locally.

Shower and Flush toilet are within an upcycled boat wheelhouse 30meters away.
