We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Franko & Roko apartments are fully equipped apartments with great location. In our house there are three apartments and their names are:LAVENDER, SUNSET and studio apartment AZURE.Our apartments are located just 5 km from Dubrovnik old town and 10 km from Dubrovnik airport. Nearest supermarket and bus stop is 5 min light walk and beaches and shops are 15 min light walk. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the people and it's good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

It has garden and steps to the Rocky beach.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

Best view P&K apartment

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
