With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.
