The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

We had and excellent stay and the house was gorgeous. Kate communicated clearly and was very compassionate about why we needed to be there; one of our best friends funeral. my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

We had a great stay at Robert's place. It was extremely spacious and was great for us and our teen kids. Rob was great at making us feel welcome and walking us through the space and giving us information on the area. It was such a great space to come home to after touring DC daily for a week. For anyone staying, just be aware that there are some steep stairs down as it is a basement space.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. We could tell that the hosts, Aman and Krista, aren’t just offering a place to stay, they care about creating a positive experience. Communication was very prompt, kind and always helpful. They provided so many thoughtful extras including books, games, everything you need in a kitchen, plenty of towels, soaps, a coffee station, and even fresh cut flowers upon arrival and extra toys for my grandson! I had a fantastic stay at DiMitri’s place! He was extremely communicative, responsive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful community that still offers easy access to DC, Virginia, and various parts of Maryland. I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination.
