Award Winning Dog Friendly Romantic Retreat

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Explore or just relax in this cosy 5* retreat!

Orchard Barn

Treleigh is a beautiful eight acre farm set in the Tamar Valley, close to Dartmoor national park. The market town of Tavistock is a 15min drive away. The hamlet of Horsebridge, is approx. 1/2 mile away and boasts a classic, popular country pub, The Royal Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner. The newly renovated Orchard Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon/Cornwall

Extended for 2024! Unwind in this former village church, tastefully decorated & equipped with everything you'll need to relax in this rural peaceful corner of Devon. Soak in your own private hot tub, or chill on the raised decking area watching the sheep graze & the sun set, whilst listening to your favourite music on the outdoor speakers connected to Sonos. Play it loud, there's no neighbours for 1km in any direction (except sheep!). YOU WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE CHURCH - total privacy

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, you’ll enjoy the tranquillity, fresh air, and charm of rural life—and pets are always welcome, free of charge!

Country cottage with private garden & hot tub

Sparrow Barn is on the edge of Dartmoor, on the Devon and Cornwall border, with spectacular views across the hills of Devon. The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

A little unique gem full of character to enjoy

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut

Nestled on the outreaches of Dartmoor National Park, The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut is a custom built, rustic hut, in an outstanding rural countryside location. Sleeping 4 people in two double beds and a wood burner to keep you toasty all year round! The Hut has a cosy kitchen with a double gas burning ring and running water, a breakfast bar and a table for dining. We also have an onsite, open air, WOOD FIRED PIZZA RESTAURANT, open on select nights from April to December.

Detached Cottage with garden and Dartmoor views

Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited FTTP superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.

The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! The beaches of North Devon and Cornwall are only 45 minutes away.

‘The Granary’ cosy cottage with logburner

Unwind, relax, settle into rural farm life, soak up the sun, star gaze... The Granary is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Stables holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in the cottage - essential when visiting Devon!
