Bright and spacious with high ceilings, exposed beams, contemporary furniture, an indoor pool and extensive gardens.

The Cobblers, detached retreat near Bath & Bristol

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

The Old Stable, between Bath and Bristol

Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

After enjoying walks in the stunning surrounding countryside with beautiful views of the Mendip Hills, or trips to nearby Bristol or Bath, you can relax on the small private terrace or cosy up inside. With one bedroom and a sofa bed, it’s the perfect place to get away with family or friends. Hannah & Olly look forward to welcoming you to the Lodge. Family friendly, you are welcome to enjoy the spacious garden and kids toys (trampoline, wendy house, ride-ons, swing & slide).

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage has two small bedrooms and is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .

This detached property, renovated in 2018, is situated in the owner’s magnificent grounds, with outstanding views over the the Chew Valley Lakes. Small, lawned garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and adjacent public footpath to lake. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is right on your doorstep. The property also has Michelin star restaurant The Pony and Trap a short walk away, owned by Masterchef judge Josh Eggleton.

The Engine House offers self catering accommodation on the outskirts of Bath at Withy Mills Farm. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, The Engine House enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. The Engine House will suit couples looking for a romantic hideaway. Snuggle up for a cosy evening with a log fire. Unfortunately The Engine House is not suitable for small children.
