Just a short walk to Countess of Chester Hospital, and near to some excellent pubs/restaurants. Just 5 minutes’ drive to Chester Zoo with easy access to North Wales and the motorway network. 10 minutes’ drive to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Blue Planet Aquarium, and Chester Racecourse. Only a 2-minute walk to Upton Golf Club.

Ideal location for walking, exploring North Wales mountains, the historic city of Chester, Wrexham Football club. Cottage in heart of city centre- private location

This cosy cottage is in the heart of Chester city centre. A very short walk to the many shops, restaurants and cultural activities that Chester is famous for including the Rows and the Walls; only minutes from Amphitheatre, race course and River Dee. Despite its central location this charming pathway is a hidden gem - quiet and pretty. The house is full of character and comfortably furnished, with all you will need for your stay. No car needed but permit for nearby carpark included in price.

Stunning Church Lodge next to City Centre

Recently refurbished this beautiful Grade 2 Listed building is located in Handbridge a very short walk from Chester City Center, the city walls and the River Dee. The house was completely renovated in 2018 to a very high standard with a beautiful bathroom including a roll top bath and shower and modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Built in 1887 the house was designed by the famous architect John Douglas and was previously owned by the Duke of Westminster

The Annexe

The Annexe is a great self-contained apartment available for short breaks and holidays, in a former sandstone quarry in the gardens of our home . Situated in the beautiful Cheshire countryside you can also easily get to the historic city of Chester, just 6 miles away. It has an upstairs double bedroom but can sleep up to 4 with an easy pull-out sofa bed downstairs. Kitchen equipped with cooker , hob and fridge with a dining table and four chairs. Recently refurbished cottage at the foothills of the Sandstone Trail close to Chester & Shropshire/Welsh borders. Secure garden for children and dogs and a friendly welcome from me, Judy who lives next door. 2 miles from Cholmondeley, Peckforton, Bolesworth & Peckforton Castles, 7 from Oulton Park. Fab pubs/walking on the Sandstone Trail from the door step. Big news! It’s now possible to book Uber to and from Bulkeley, so much easier access than ever before.
