Hampton Bye Barn, Rural Retreat

Located within the heart of the stunning Cheshire countryside just minutes from the Sandstone Trail and only 20 minutes to the historic Cathedral City of Chester. Relax in this spacious barn conversion with beautiful views of both the Bickerton and Welsh Hills, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a swimming pool for a relaxing & refreshing dip! The local area is bursting with activities for families or alternatively there is plenty of peaceful countryside to enjoy at your leisure.

Our spacious ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location with panoramic views of the open countryside. It offers a private pool, parking and immediate access to the beautiful Dee Valley and onto the World Heritage Llangollen canal. A short 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Llangollen with it's shops, bars, restaurants and steam railway. Snowdonia, North Wales and the historic city of Chester all within an hour's drive. <b>Outdoor heated pool is open from June to end August<b>

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Barn conversion, pool, peacocks, ducks and hens

This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.
