This delightful tiny house in the woods can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a full kitchen, loft bedroom, bathroom w/ full tub and shower, and living area. You can sleep in comfort, enjoy making breakfast with farm fresh eggs, enjoy the morning air from the deck, sip coffee by the pond, or hike through the wooded trails. Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

You can also fish on the property (catch and release), firepit/ grill out, ax throwing, corn hole and kayak or canoe on the pond!

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The Cottage in the Cove is a charming 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.
