Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
