In the heart of the Blackdown Hills surrounded by deer, pheasants and National Trust Woodland, The Lookout is a luxurious, private annex set within the historic Woodhayne Farm. Located just a 10 minute walk from Honiton where you can find lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants. The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Perfect for guests who are looking for luxury accommodation with the comforts of home.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Each solid wood log cabin is encircled by trees for your privacy yet open enough to let sunlight through. We aim to give you that cosy, romantic log cabin retreat experience with a solid wood burner, private hot tub and free access to our seasonal outdoor heated pool (end May - Sept). Close to the coast and in easy reach of Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe as well as being conveniently located for outdoor activities in the countryside. The Nest is Grade II listed and the property is believed to have been built over 500 years ago during the reign of Henry VIII.

With beautiful views south across the picturesque valley, our small garden overlooks Forde Abbey, with views of the magnificent avenue of trees, and the highest powered fountain in the country. Our cottage has been converted with the intention of creating a luxurious and peaceful space. The kirami wood fired hot tub has to be experienced to be fully appreciated in this amazing setting.
