The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Our classic cottage has beautiful expansive views of the Potomac River. Wake up to stunning sunrises & enjoy coffee in our screened front porch, or sit & relax on our own private pier. Our home is equipped with comfortable linens, a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, & a secluded outdoor dining area with a gas grill, fire pit & fenced yard. We are just blocks away from the public beach, downtown shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. Golf cart rentals can be reserved thru local companies

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Historic St.Mary's City at the Lazy Bear Cottage

Inquire first on pets, there is a 50 lb. weight limit total, can be split up between 2 small dogs or 1 at 50lbs or less,must be house broken and friendly. Close to Saint Mary's historic city, Pt. Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

Enjoy a rural environment only 50 minutes outside of Washington, D.C., and 45 minutes away from Andrew's Air Force Base. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

You may see college sailing races, crew teams rowing, or the historic Maryland Dove sailing down the river. It's lovely here fall, winter, spring, summer! SUNSETS!
