Logement entier

Le logement en entier est à la disposition du voyageur. L'appartement est situé à un endroit calme et paisible à proximité des commerces ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) des restaurants et pharmacies, mais aussi arrête des transports publics ( métro et bus). Je tiens à préciser que le logement ne dispose pas de parking place gratuit. Néanmoins les voyageurs en véhicule peuvent garer leurs voitures dans les parkings publics. Les places bleues sont gratuites. pour cela il faut avoir un disque

A seulement 15 minutes de Lausanne, 30 de Montreux (Riviera) ou des Paccots, 1h de Champéry et 1 heure 15 de Verbier, dans la commune de Corcelles le Jorat, nous vous accueillons dans une charmante dépendance entièrement restaurée en 2016, avec vue magnifique sur les Alpes Fribourgeoises. C'est aujourd'hui un gite de charme d'une surface d'environ 55m2, très confortable, décoré avec goût pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Nous vous accueillerons en français, en allemand, ou en anglais.

This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Appartement traversant très lumineux ac 2 balcons. L’un est exposé sud-est, donnant sur un jardin collectif donc au calme, idéal pour un petit déjeuner et déjeuner ensoleillé. Chambre spacieuse avec bureau. L’appartement se situe en plein centre ville donc proche de toutes les commodités. À 3 min à pied de la place de la Riponne et son métro, du quartier du Flon. 20 min à pied depuis la gare. Arrêts de bus multiples autour de l’appartement. Parking couvert le Valentin à 1 min à pied.

Modern 2.5-room apartment in Lausanne Montchoisi, 10 min walk from Gare and 15 min from Ouchy. Bright living room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, quiet bedroom, and smart lock self check-in. Shops, Migros, Coop, and restaurants nearby. Stays in a central yet peaceful area. P.S: There is construction work taking place opposite the building from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm, expected to finish by November 7th. When the windows are closed, no noise is heard inside the apartment.

Bel appartement indépendant et balcon proche plage

Logement propre, paisible et proche (2 minutes à pieds) de la plage de Lutry. Il est à 600 m de la gare CFF, et 270 m de l'arrêt de bus "Corniche", et à 700 m (8min) du centre de Lutry, à 4 min (300m) du centre commercial Coop Il y a un balcon (5m2) donnant sur le Lavaux, les Préalpes et un bout du lac. Il n'y a pas de place de parc disponible autour de l'immeuble (déchargement possible). Je pourrais vous prêter un vélo si vous le désirez.
