Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Maritimo View Apartment, Balcony & Parking

Apartment with a balcony and a great view! Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

My place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, great views , 150 m of the town center, 15 km (15 min) to national park "Lovcen", 30 km (25min) to Mediterranean town Budva, (who has beautiful beaches), 20km (20min) to national park "Skadarsko jezero" and 30 km to Capital town of Montenegro Podgorica , 7km to "Lipska Cave" (one of the most beautiful caves in Europe). You’ll love my place because of the people, the location, national food, historical heritage.

Đorđe and Lady of the rocks.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
