We love the house and just want to live there! Our second visit and enjoyed it just as much as we did last year. Felt like coming home x

A lovely place to stay in Borth, it is so homely and has the best location right on the beach. Highly recommend!

Ian and Catherine are really lovely people. They both recommended us perfect places to explore and eat. The house was a good choice for us. The room was clean, tidy and well done. The location was 5mins from the beach and everything else was just walkable. The town in itself is a great place for a weekend getaway and more if you have more holidays. Haha. It will make you feel relaxed and at peace. Also all shops close by 5-6 so we spent enough time at pubs and arcade too while enjoying the night beach views. We would really recommend the Vale of Rheidol railway tour.

Such a beautiful place, just off the seafront Coffee, tea and Prosecco were welcome additions! Thank you! The place was spotless and we really did feel thoroughly spoilt. Highly recommend.

I've stayed on more than several occasions at Lee's for work purposes. I always look forward to a restful break at Lee's place from my work duty periods. I will definitely be staying at Lee's again for work and leisure purposes and would recommend his place to anyone thinking of staying there.

Work Booking- Great

We really loved our stay. The house is by the car park for parking and only 1 min walk from the main shopping street. We went to The Printworks restaurant while we were there which was wonderful and we would highly recommend. Everything in the house worked perfectly, the wood burner was great and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely place.

Good place to stay with plenty of space. It's not far from the beach or town and is in a fairly quiet area. The only thing I would mention is the address / map marker didn't quite line up to where the building was, but we found it OK.

This property is outstanding. It has been furnished and decorated to a very high specification and attention to detail. Every possible need has been anticipated The location is also a bonus- it is near to amenities / the beach / has a wonderful view from the two balconies- and yet is still quiet and peaceful. Quite simply, the best of both worlds Lynette was friendly, approachable and on hand to answer any questions and could not have been more accommodating. A potential problem - entirely of our making - was handled professionally and with understanding and we were very grateful to Lynette for her help in resolving the issue I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to Aberystwyth.

Amazing spacious home, and really nicely decorated throughout. With a large open plan kitchen, which has a tv, and plenty of seating, and all the amenities you will need. Lounge has a nice and airy feel to it. Wonderful basement cinema, with a large comfy settee. Two large bedrooms, one has an ensuite with a rainfall shower. Main bathroom has a large bath, and a huge rainfall shower. Attic has two small beds and a small settee. Garage has space for a small car. I would definitely recommend this home.

Our stay at Helen and Wyn’s place in Aberaeron was great, couldn’t have asked for more. They were extremely friendly hosts and easy to communicate with. We were there as a family for a couple of days and our stay was very comfortable, it had all that was expected from a home away from home. Great view of the beach and sunset from the patio. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful house right in the middle of town. Inevitable bustle and noise from town centre location but as described in the listing. Parking in town centre a real bonus. We will be back!
