Bridgend Cottage Escaping to Happiness

Bridgend Cottage is a quirky Welsh cottage perched on the river Leri, it is built into a beautiful humpback bridge. Dol Y Bont is a small hamlet in a farming community. The cottage is the perfect romantic rural getaway. You can lie in bed and listen to the river running below the window. Outside the garden is on the riverbank or there is a balcony over the river. Our lovely old cottage retains many original features including low beamed ceilings. Sadly we are unable to accept guests under 12.

Tranquil 1 bedroom cottage 15 mins drive to sea

Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces). Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

Surrounded by green meadows our location is a haven for wildlife with red kites, woodpeckers, hedgehogs & hares frequently seen.

Romantic cottage for two in rural wildlife haven

We're all about slow, simple, sustainable living. We're a place to be part of rural Wales not simply looking in on it from outside. We want our guests to discover and love wild Ceredigion in the same way we do, not as a visitor but as a local. Hen Ffermdy cottage, once a barn, is now a romantic hideaway for a few days of escapism. Step out of the fast lane, enjoy tranquillity, wildlife and comfort in our little patch of rural West Wales. Cwtch Y Wennol - Romantic Cottage in West Wales

Cwtch Y Wennol is a beautiful newly converted one bedroom stone-built cottage, situated at the end of a quiet winding lane with picturesque views of fields and woodland. This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The enclosed private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, exposed beams and cosy log-burner make this the perfect year-round retreat.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
