Nonna Teresita's Lake House

Una piccola strada dove le auto passano appena, una corte storica nell'angolo più tranquillo del paese. Al secondo piano si trova la casa di nonna Teresita, che ha visto crescere molte generazioni: in ogni stanza risuona l'eco di vite vissute, in ogni oggetto un affetto e un ricordo. Le stanze spaziose e piene di luce e il terrazzo affacciato sul lago suggeriscono un ritmo di vita calmo e rilassato. La casa della nonna è grande ed ospita comodamente cinque persone. La Terrazza Sul Lago

Casa su tre livelli con terrazzo, balcone, giardino. Ottima posizione vista lago, immerso nella natura tra i boschi di castagni. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.

Von der großen Terrasse und den drei weiteren kleinen Balkonen aus kann man die herrliche Aussicht auf den Luganersee genießen. Wer schwindelfrei und etwas mutig ist, kann den Panoramablick vom Turm aus bestaunen, der zur Wohnung gehört.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Es ist ideal geeignet für zwei Personen, aber auch vier Personen finden ihren Platz. Ein Auto ist erforderlich und ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Aber auch Fuß läßt sich der Ort mit seinen Badestränden, Cafés und Restaurants erreichen, die Wohnung liegt ca. 100 Höhenmeter über dem Lago.
