Le Azalee

Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

Appartamento zia Clara

Comodo appartamento di 60 m2 affacciato da un lato su un verde parco pubblico che costeggia le antiche mura venete ed il centro città, dall’altro su un piccolo corso d’acqua. Atmosfera classica per un’accoglienza calda e familiare “a casa della zia Clara”. Cucina attrezzata, zona di lavoro con wi-fi , 2 balconi, adatto sia per una breve sosta che per un soggiorno prolungato, si trova a pochi metri dal collegamento via autobus con Milano. Crema è a 45 Km da Cremona, Brescia ed i laghi lombardi.

The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Wij hebben onze villa Hotel Chique ingericht met behoud van de karakteristieke elementen. Tijdens het seizoen kunt u ook naar het publieke zwembad, waar het elke dag weer een heerlijke happening

Cascinetta a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalla proprietà. Piano terra: giardino, portico, cucina attrezzata con ampissimo soggiorno/salotto/zona lavoro,bagno di servizio. Primo piano: pensatoio, 1 camera matrimoniale e un grande bagno con vasca jacuzzi e doccia doppia + 1 camera matrimoniale, entrambe con pale a soffitto. Pavimento in parquet e pietra, arredo molto curato con elementi a contrasto tra il vintage e le opere moderne delle artiste proprietarie.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
