The Prom Queen Houseboat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Welcome to The Prom Queen on Beautiful Lake Monroe in Historic Downtown Sanford, Florida. We are super excited that you choose our beautiful Houseboat for your vacation. This Houseboat boasts 2 bedrooms, and one and half bathrooms. The Prom Queen boast 1850 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. There are three deck spaces, and an outdoor table that seats six with a gas grill to enjoy our beautiful Florida sunsets. Boat is stationary only.

Fully Operational Kitchen equipped with all the essentials for your culinary needs. This is the perfect place for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're lounging by the pool or gathering around the fire pit, you're sure to create lasting memories here.

Rustic Retreat in the heart of Lake Helen

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Simple, clean two bedroom APT walk to Stetson (#4)

This is a second floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space) and there's a private front balcony. The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There is reserved parking for one car.

Mira Bella North

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella South)

Ormond by the Sea: Walk to beach or Relax in Pool

1959 house fully updated for comfort & style. Furnishings are new with original wood floors in bedrooms & living room. Relax in this quiet, serene neighborhood right across from the beach & just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and local pubs. Fully equipped for dinner by the pool with a large outdoor patio. A 3rd bath in the garage for showering off after a day at the beach. *Both Master & Guest rooms have king-size beds. Baths have showers, no tubs. Maximum 4 Adults.

The Lemon Cottage -NO EXTRA FEES

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Charming fully furnished luxury RV nestled in the woods between the beautiful sister towns of Lake Helen and Cassadaga. Secluded with scenic walking trails & parks close by. Also very near to shops, dining and other local sites. New Smyrna Beach (our favorite) and Daytona Beach are about 30-45 minutes away. Orlando Walt Disney WoStirld, Universal Studios, Sea World and other attractions are about an hours drive.
