Questo elegante alloggio è perfetto per chi ama il design, la natura e le escursioni. Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale. Monolocale con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo a soppalco. Cucina,lavatrice,microonde,frigo,phon,asciugamani,lenzuola e WiFi. Colazione inclusa. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Situato nel centro storico di Osoppo a 5 min dal casello austradale, 15 min lago dei tre comuni, 5 min dal fiume Tagliamento. Inoltre,la ciclovia Alpeadria offre la possibilità ai cicloturisti di conoscere il territorio a stretto contatto con la natura.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Può ospitare comodamente fino a 3 persone ed è servito da tutte le linee urbane della città. *** La città di Udine ha introdotto l'imposta di soggiorno per chi pernotta in città a partire dall'1.02.25. L'importo è di euro 1,50 per notte a persona sino ad un massimo di cinque pernotti. Verrà riscosso all'arrivo direttamente dall'Host.

Cozy 1bed/1bath of about 40sqm (430 sf) in the city center of Udine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (walk up) and overlooks the quiet Via del Sale. The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-
