Our gorgeous two bed flat is situated in tranquil Maenporth, Cornwall. It offers amazing uninterrupted sea views from every room, a private balcony, outdoor patio, garden & BBQ, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen & Smart TVs in both bedrooms & sitting room. Free access to a 15 metre indoor pool, a jacuzzi, tennis court, and even pickle-ball! The beach is at the bottom of the hill below the flat. Private cottage with woodland & distant beach views, set in the heart of Perranporths peaceful valley, a short, flat walk to the famous white sandy beach, local shops & fabulous restaurants. Bay tree has its very own tranquil spa gardens to enjoy with a 7 seater Hot tub, ice plunge bath, sun loungers, sauna bucket shower, outdoors hot rain shower, fire pit area, hammock and swing under the trees, yoga mats & spa robes provided. 2x king beds & 2x king sofa beds-very comfortable. Dog friendly.

Peaceful and cosy with stunning views of the sea, our wooden lodge is a special place in a picturesque part of the Roseland in southern Cornwall. Perfectly located for walking, admiring stunning coastlines and fantastic food, the lodge is close to the pretty village of Portscatho and 15 miles from Truro. Guests have free access to the beautiful pool, small gym, sauna and jacuzzi onsite. Just 15 mins walk to a beautiful, dog-friendly beach too! We now have a a smart PAYG EV charging point too!

20 Tudor Court is bright and airy and been renovated and is now probably one of the best houses on the Tolroy site. It offers, 3 bedrooms, King, double, twin. Full size kitchen with dishwasher, hot tap, induction hob, convection oven, washing machine dryer, underfloor heating, bathroom & shower room and toilet ground floor. digital TV. Open plan living. Wet suit wash area. It is AA 4 star self catering accommodation. "Mum's" Full bed linen provided on and ready to go.

BLUE VIEW is a dog friendly one bedroom flat with private garden and communal heated pool (May 1st -Sept 30th) 5 mins walk to fistral beach. The flat is in a quiet complex perfect for a relaxing break. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, as well as a private decked garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know when booking. There is parking for 1 car. 15 mins walk to town. Suitable for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children.
