Carmarthen Town

This cosy, clean recently refurbished house is nestled in the market town of Carmarthen. Carmarthen is steeped in history and claims to be the oldest town in Wales. A 5 minute walk down hill will find you in the town centre where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Take a leisurely stroll down the river Towy or visit the array of shops from local market stalls to high street outlets. By car we are only 10 mins from National Botanic Garden of Wales and around 30 min from the beautiful sea side town of Tenby. Located on a residential street, and although no allocated parking there is always room to park directly outside on the not so busy road. As you walk through the front door; to your left is the spacious kitchen with dining table, easily seating four people. There’s an electric fan oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We have included everything you would need if you were staying two nights or longer. The living room is a comfortable and pleasant space to relax in, with a 40” smart flat screen tv. Stairs from the living room lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is a very spacious modern space with a double bed, open wardrobe and mirror on the wall. Plenty of room for any additional items such as a cot, even an extra person if arranged! The second bedroom is made up as a twin, again modern and with a cosy feel. Includes open wardrobe and mirror on wall. We also have super fast fibre optic broadband.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The suite includes a bedroom with comfortable king sized bed, a shower room, and a splendid library sitting room that overlooks the river. This is a very spacious house, so there is ample privacy. It is a quirky mix of old, new and eccentric. With use of shared kitchenette, courtyard garden, and a garage parking space. WiFi in all spaces, and close to restaurants and shops.

The Judges Library - Boutique Town Centre Cottage

The Judges Library is a cosy cottage with a modern feel; ideally situated to enjoy historic Carmarthen. Converted by Architect Lindsay and Therapist Jackie. Its just inside the Medieval Town Wall; with thick stone walls and bedrooms at the rear the cottage can be a quiet retreat, yet only a few hundred yards from cafe culture, boutique shops and nightlife. Ty Lili

Welcome to our idyllic cabin 'Ty Lili'. Our cosy cabin takes its name from the water lilies that flower on the tranquil lake just outside the front door. The ferns and plants that grow around the lake afford you complete privacy so that you can enjoy outside: a dining area, two seating areas as well as a covered hot tub. Inside the cabin a luxurious four poster bed; a comfortable sitting area, kitchen and dining space. The composting toilet and hot shower makefor a relaxing stay.

The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.
