The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Nuova casa appena ristrutturata, situata in zona tranquilla ma non isolata, con eccezionale vista del lago, del promontorio di Orta San Giulio,e tutto il versante montuoso. Parco di 3000 mq. La cucina fornita di lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, macchina del caffè e piano a induzione è completa di tutte le stoviglie e generi di prima necessità. Ampia sala con due divani e tavolo , tre ampie camere e grande terrazza arredata per mangiare all'aperto. Bagno con doccia. Parcheggio privato.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

La Domus9 è un appartamento al piano terra della Domus Cusiana, un complesso residenziale con un bel giardino soleggiato, piscina e vista sul lago ed il Sacro Monte di Orta. E' l'unico appartamento direttamente affacciato sulla piscina comune, e' stato ricavato in un antica cantina, per questo e' un po' buio ma in estate risulta il piu' fresco del complesso!!! E' dotato di un ampio portico privato dove poter rilassarsi e godere di pranzi e cene all'aperto.

L'alloggio si trova al primo piano di una bella casa del 1700 immersa nel verde e ad un chilometro dal centro di Orta San Giulio e dall' omonimo Lago. E' stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è composto da cucina attrezzata, soggiorno con divano letto e letto matrimoniale, bagno e ampio giardino a disposizione. Maison d'artiste is located in Tabarino- Ameno in between lake Maggiore and lake Orta. The house architecture is typical of the area and it has been recently refurbished taking that into account. It is optimal for a chilled vacation or for working surrounded by nature.
