The apartment is situated in the picturesque seaside village of Zavalatica,and has beautiful sea views.It is on the ground floor of a stunning ston vila,and has its own private specious terrace to enjoy the beautiful views from.Inside you will find a beautyful nowly renovated apartmet with a pecios open plan kitchen and living space.The two double bedrooms and two bathrooms are elegantly decorated to a very high standard.The aparment has air conditioning,central heating and a open fireplace.

Stone House Pace

The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Villa Marija

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.
